REFUND POLICY
Refunds are strictly limited to items damaged or lost in transit when sent via tracked shipping. Please note that I cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders with an incorrectly provided delivery address. All other sales are final.
CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once your items have been handed over to the courier, the sale is final and can no longer be cancelled or recalled.
BEFORE ORDERING
Please carefully review your items and shipping address before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that all details are correct. Refunds will not be issued for customer errors regarding addresses or item selection.
